-  Sight seeing in Hanoi: visiting the city protective damps which protects the city from flood of the Red River, old quarter and markets in Hanoi ( the original 36 streets of Hanoi) in which each street is reserved for one profession.

-  In the evening, visit to the worldwide famous water puppet theatre - a unique art form originally developed by farmers in the rice paddies.

DAY 4
Monday
HANOI - HA LONG BAY

-  Early Kosher Breakfast at the hotel
-  Departing by bus to Ha Long bay, the world famous site which was declared by UNESCO a world heritage site in 1994.  The trip to Ha Long will take 3 hours. On the way, passengers can seethe local people life and the cultivation of the rice paddies.  Ha Long Bay with its 1984 islands and calm emerald water is a unique place to visit. It looks like a sunken mountain ridge made of limestone
-  Passengers will board a local ship and take a 4-hour cruise on the emerald waters of the Descending Dragon Bay ( Ha Long)
-  Over the centuries, the water and the rain have formed caves and created stalagmites and stalactites. Passengers will visit two of these caves.  Make sure to have your walking shoes and comfortable clothing for comfort.
-  A clod lunch on the boat will be served during the cruise ( Kosher food will be brought along). Passengers will see the water people who live on floating houses in the bay and have shops and fish farms built on the water.
-  On the way back, passengers will stop at the local pottery and souvenir shops and be back in the hotel.
-  Kosher Dinner in the hotel.

-  7:00 Pick up by bus for an 10-hour dirve to Sapa.  Pasengers will pass through this mountainous region of Northern Vietnam to a spot picked up by the French colonials more than a century ago for their summer retreat. SAPA is located at a height of 1600 meters above the sea level ( 5100 feet) and is home to some of the most colorful ethnic minorities of Vietnam.  The scenery is breath-taking and well worth the long drive.

-  Transfer to Noi Bai airport for a 2-hour flight to Ho Chi Minh city. Arrival to Ho Chi Minh city, formerly called Saigon and currently is the main economic hub of Vietnam.  This bustling city with its high economic activity and modern shopping centers start regaining its place as one of the most important economic centers in Asia.  
-  Check in at Rex Hotel, the former US Army officer's club during the war, located in the heart of the city.
-  Free afternoon to explore Ben Thanh Market and the surrounding center.
-  Kosher Dinner and Kabalat Shabat at the hotel.
-  Free evening to see the city at night or take a seat on the hotel terrace and sip cold drinks,   listening to the local music.

-  Pick up by bus to be ferried to the Hydrofoil boat for a trip to Vung Tau Beach.  The high-speed boat operated by a Russian company will sail along the famous Saigon River through the coconut trees and rice fields of the rich southern soil.  The trip to Vung Tau takes about 1 and a half hours.  
-  Pick up passengers and transfer to the beautiful sandy beach of Vung Tau for sunbathing and relaxation
-  A cold Lunch (Kosher food is brought along) is served on the beach.
-  Drive back to Ho Chi Minh city by bus
-  Leisure time upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh city
-  Kosher Dinner at the hotel.
-  A night tour around the city by bus. Passengers will see some of the beautiful pagodas lit at night with thousand of lights and experience the local traffic jammed and packed by motorbikes, a sight that cannot be seen in any other places.

Monday
HO CHI MINH CITY - CU CHI

-  Kosher Breakfast at the hotel
-  Pick up by bus and drive to Cu Chi to see the famous underground tunnels which were started during the French colonial time as an escape place for the rubber tree plantation workers and was transformed during the Vietnam war into major hide-out for the Vietnamese resistance.  The tunnels, which at peak time spread to over 200 kms and formed actual underground villages, can be experienced by the brave for a short distance.  Local military guide will be at hand to assist and demonstrate all the traps and hidden entrances.
- A cold snack (Kosher) is served on the way.  Drive back to see the War Museum and the Presidential Palace of the former regime.
- Back to the hotel.  Kosher Dinner at the hotel.

DAY 12

HO CHI MINH CITY - MY THO - BEN TRE - CAN THO

-  Pick up by bus and drive to My Tho, the port city on the mighty Mekong River.  Passengers can see on the way the lifestyle of the local people and the rapid development of the local farming and industry.  Reach the first ferry crossing on the Tien River, one of the main branches of the Mekong Delta.  Here passengers board a boat to tour on the Mekong which is at this point is only 2 miles wide (3.5 kms) during the dry season ( low water).  
- Upon return passengers cross both branches the Mekong into Ben Tre province, the coconut country.  This is where the uprising against the former regime started.  
-  Drive to Can Tho which is the provincial capital and the economic hub of the Mekong Delta.

Continuation to Tay Ninh where you can see the praying meeting at Cao Dai great hall at 12h00.  Passengers are recommended to wear walking shoes for comfort during the tour.

Lunch with seafood at the beach.

Have fun in the sun at the beach for a whole day in Vung Tau.  Go south to Can Tho to see the floating market on the Mekong River which starts in Tibet, China.  The last stop that cannot be missed is Ho Chi Minh city – formerly called Saigon – the main commercial center of the country. Visits to the historic former Presidential Palace, the Notre Dame cathedral and the exotic Ben Thanh market.

Day 1:

Arrival at Noi Bai International airport. Clearance formalities. Transfer to the city in air-conditioned bus. Check in 5-star Hotel in Hanoi.

Welcome snack or Dinner buffet with Western & Oriental food at the hotel restaurant (depending on the arrival time of the flight).  Overnight in 5-star Hotel in Hanoi

Day 2:
HANOI- HA LONG- HANOI:                                                  (B, L, D)

Breakfast buffet (Western & Oriental food) at 5-star hotel restaurant.

Departure for Ha Long: Enjoy a two-hour-drive in air-conditioned bus on good road watching typical country-side scenery.  A stop-over on the way for a break visiting the charity workshop to see local handicrafts and broidery work.  Arrival to Ha Long city and transfer to the Ha Long bay - the world heritage recognized by UNESCO in 1994.  A boat cruise through the majestic Ha Long bay for 5 hours. Exploring wonderful caves and grottoes of Thien Cung and Dau Go, which are naturally formed by island and islets.  Good scene for taking photos of natural wonders.  Set seafood lunch on boat.
